“Jay and I would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the absolutely stunning wedding cake you made for us. I was totally speechless when i saw it. I have never seen such a beautiful cake, with such unbelievable attention to detail, and to think it was OUR wedding cake left me totally dumbfounded. We really struggled to cut it as we didnt want to spoil it. Obviously we had no choice but to cut it and it was heavenly. Everyone loved it. I really cant thank you enough for all the trouble and effort you have gone to for us and really just want to give you a big hug and a kiss for what you have done for us. We had the best day of our lives on Saturday - it was a totally magical day and one we will certainly never forget. We enjoyed every minute of the day, and are now just loving every minute of being husband and wife.

Girls..let me just add that Sue created our wedding cake (the one in the photos with the sailing boat) and when I went to see it I cried because it was just so unbelievably spectacular! The attention to detail was amazing and Sue's care in her work just shone through!! I can only say...if Sue is doing your cake for a future date...you made the best choice in the world...and if you're getting married and you haven't booked Sue yet...get onto it immediately or miss out!! oooo and a very important P.S!... the cakes all tasted wonderful too!! we had fruit, chocolate AND and vanilla!! :) xxx big love and thanks to Sue and her husband xxxx”

“...I cried (with happiness) when I saw The cake it was Amazing!! and tasted delicious too..
a pure work of art.. we loved it....in fact everyone loved it and commented on it..and it was photographed alot!!!
We didnt want to cut it up and share it out... but thought we better had!!..
still got the roller coaster and carriages castle..top tier and some of the bottom tier as well
I loved it..EVERYBODY said it was the best cake they have ever seen !! including the wedding venue..
The day was lovely.. everyone had a good time..

'Our cake was wonderful. Not only was it delicious but you met the unusual design perfectly, it fitted in with the rest of the theme beyond my expectations! We were so confident in the cake that we had it served as our dessert to the menu with fruit coulis and cream It was delivered on time, and in perfect order and the size met our requirements just as you had approximated.'
