Chocolate Wedding Cakes

Can be either for part of the menu, sandwiched with chocolate mousse, or sandwiched with butter-cream or ganache as a finger cake. The decoration can be ganache, ganache and caraque (flakes of chocolate), cigarillos, chocolate shapes, etc.

Chocolate flavours:
Plain, Milk or White Chocolate, Chocolate-chip, Double Chocolate-chip, Chocolate-Orange, Chocolate-Mint.
